A kids bike company needs branded maintenance videos to help customer service.

Create an animated graphics package and edit a series of easy-to-understand explainer content.

Not everyone is a bike mechanic. And when your kid’s brand new Cleary comes in the mail, putting it together might seem overwhelming. So, I helped create a series of explainer videos to chop up frequently asked questions into bite-sized pieces.

First, I developed consistent titles and end cards and other supplemental graphics to create a cohesive feel across each video.

Then, I edited together each video based on specific topics. The series really came to life with the addition of SFX, music and some pitch-perfect narration this up-and-coming voice actor you may recognize—unless you’ve never talked to me.

Now, instead of Cleary customer service trying to explain how to adjust a disc brake or what an allen wrench is over the phone, parents can watch these helpful videos and simply swear directly at their computer screens.
